Ariana Grande wish to get a couple of issues straight earlier than she returns to host “Saturday Night Live” this weekend.
In a hilarious new promo video that dropped on Wednesday, the “Yes, And?” singer tells a gaggle of “SNL” solid members that she would “actually choose to not do something ‘Depraved’- or ‘Wizard of Oz’-related,” referring to sketches.
The digital camera then lower to “SNL” solid members Devon Walker, Michael Longfellow, Marcello Hernández and Andrew Dismukes, who sat on a sofa dealing with Grande and had been dressed, respectively, because the Cowardly Lion, Dorothy, the Scarecrow and the Tin Man, all of “Wizard of Oz” fame.
After a hilarious beat during which Dismukes mulled over Grande’s ask, he replied, “Could we come again in a single hour?” With out lacking a comedic beat, the Grammy-winner graciously responded, “Positive.”
Grande, after all, will star as Glinda in subsequent month’s “Depraved,” the cinematic adaptation of the award-winning Broadway musical (and novel upon which it’s primarily based).
She beforehand appeared on “SNL” because the musical visitor in 2014 and 2024. She did double obligation as each the host and musical visitor in March 2016.
This week, she will probably be joined by musical visitor Stevie Nicks.
