Tiera Kennedy, who sings with Beyoncé on ‘Blackbiird,’ breaks down in tears hearing song for the first time

Rising nation artist Tiera Kennedy is sharing with the world her healthful response to listening to her voice on Beyoncé’s “Blackbiird,” a Beatles cowl included on her new album “Cowboy Carter,” for the primary time.

“Listening to Blackbiird for the primary time! I’m crying another time watching this again,” Kennedy wrote within the caption of a video posted to her TikTok web page on Saturday.

Within the video, Kennedy seems to instantly get emotional as she listens for her voice on the monitor. “I hear it!” she says whereas masking her face together with her palms and asking her pal to show up the amount. By tears – and adorably delirious and gleeful laughter – Kennedy is awestruck, swaying backwards and forwards to the beat of the track in disbelief.

“I can not consider it! That’s my voice,” she exclaimed. “Oh, that’s loopy. I might simply hearken to it again and again.”

Initially written by Paul McCartney in 1968 amid the civil rights motion in america, “Blackbird” was inspired by the Little Rock Nine, a bunch of Black college students who had been the primary to desegregate colleges and break the colour barrier in late Fifties Arkansas.
