A lawsuit filed Wednesday on behalf of three Black males alleges “blatant and egregious race discrimination” by American Airways once they have been faraway from a flight.
The swimsuit alleges that the plaintiffs – Alvin Jackson, Emmanuel Jean Joseph and Xavier Veal – and 5 different Black male passengers have been ejected from American Flight 832 from Phoenix to JFK in New York Metropolis on January 5, 2024, “with none legitimate purpose, primarily based solely on their race,” in keeping with the criticism.
