A California man has been indicted by a federal grand jury in Atlanta on prices of threatening Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis due to her prosecution of former President Donald Trump, the Justice Division said Friday in a release.
Marc Shultz, 66, of Chula Vista, California, made his preliminary look on Thursday in federal courtroom in San Diego. He was indicted on April 24 and will probably be arraigned in Atlanta in June, in response to the discharge.
In response to prosecutors, Shultz allegedly posted a number of feedback to 2 separate YouTube movies in October that threatened Willis with violence and homicide, saying she “will probably be killed like a canine.”
