Meta blocked a newspaper’s crucial report about it on Fb and its different social websites for hours, sparking a backlash that intensified after the corporate appeared to subsequently block hyperlinks to the web site of an impartial journalist who republished the report.
The controversy started Thursday morning when customers observed that each one hyperlinks to the non-profit newspaper the Kansas Reflector had been flagged as a cybersecurity risk and their posts had been eliminated.
