Dana Carvey is reflecting on the grief he’s experiencing after the current death of his son, Dex Carvey.
Carvey returned to hitch fellow “SNL” alum David Spade on their “Fly on the Wall” podcast this week. It was his first episode again since his son died of a drug overdose in November at age 32.
Carvey shared a part of the “personal journey” that he and his spouse Paula Zwagerman, together with their different son, Thomas, are on.
“We’re all collectively and we do lots of enjoyable issues,” Carvey mentioned. “We hike, we go to church. You simply wish to just remember to preserve shifting.”
Easing again into work has been useful, he added, as he rides the “ache prepare” that so many others have after shedding a beloved one.
